On the rocks 

To open up the natural oak, anise, toffee and orange peel flavours of Equiano, serve it on ice.

 

35ml of Equiano over block ice

Serve with no garnish

 

Manhattan 

Made over ice, stirred vigorously, strained and served in a chilled glass: The Equiano Manhattan. 

50ml Equiano

25ml sweet vermouth, preferably Carpano Antica

1/2 teaspoon maraschino liqueur

1 dash Angostura orange bitters

Orange twist to serve

 

Old Fashioned

Old with the new: the classic Old Fashioned never tasted better than with naturally sweet, smooth Equiano rum.

50ml Equiano 

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Orange twist to serve

 

Dark & Stormy

Simple, spicy and so refreshing. 

50ml Equiano

100ml Ginger Beer

Squeeze of lime

Lime wedge or slice to serve

 

Daiquiri

 

50ml Equiano

25ml freshly squeezed lime juice

2tsp brown sugar

Lime twist to serve
