12.5ml Pina Reàl Pineapple syrup
3 dashes of cocoa or chocolate bitters
Champagne float

Made over ice, stirred vigorously. strained and served in a chilled glass: The Equiano Manhattan.

25ml sweet vermouth, preferably Carpano Antica
1/2 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
1 dash Angostura orange bitters
